I highly recommend RainAway for two reasons: the quality of the product and the quality of the service. Good reasons.
We've had a RainAway system at our home for nearly 20 years, and it’s performed perfectly. Over the years a batch of twigs, pine needles, pieces of leaves, etc has accumulated under our deck.
Recently we noticed that this accumulation had backed up the drainage system. For the first time, I contacted the company, and before long a very competent gentleman, Brad, came by. He’s been with the company since 2006. That says something right there.
Brad cleared all this gunk out, make some minor repairs, cleaned up, and got us back into business.
AND at a very reasonable price.

Our whole experience was great from start to finish. Jeff was quick to respond with the consultation and answering questions. Dave was the same. The crew who did the installation was very courteous and kept us informed.

A review you have to read! In 2011 Jeannine and I, put an under deck system above our patio. It has performed magnificently up until about a month ago. Atlanta has been a monsoon area in the month of May and all of a sudden we had water coming in our ceiling fan area under the deck.
After one call, they assured us they would come take care of it and make it right. They did exactly that and keep in mind we purchased that 14 years ago!

Few companies will stand behind their product and their performance to that degree, If You prefer quality workmanship you can find no better!

Jeff Butler is the Owner and his passion, knowledge, 30 years of operation and professionalism are what made it easy for me to choose Rainaway. The product is better and the service as well. Love the honest approach and the consistent communication throughout the process. So happy with the finished product! Now time to install the fan and get the furniture on the deck in time for the summer 😎

I have a lot of previous experience in construction and I investigated most of the current Underdeck companies, I met with and compared the quality and material, followup, thoroughly checking reputations, complaints and references when available. After meeting with Jeff at RainAway, and his attention to detail and his ability to answer my many questions on the construction and our unique situation, I was impressed. While not the “cheapest” RainAway was the best value for the cost from what found. Hunter and the others that did our work were thorough and handled all the details I requested with a positive attitude . I am very detail oriented and have high expectations from anyone going work for me. But the final results and workmanship shows how much the company takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Jeff and Dave and their company RainAway to anyone who want a great result that will last many many years.

Rainway did an incredible job start to finish. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They worked hard and kept the site pretty clean each day. They were always willing to answer questions and even made some minor adjustments I requested. The product they installed met and exceeded my expectations. It has created a beautiful living space. I had 2 fan kits installed. The wiring was top notch dropping the wires directly into my basement with plenty of cable to make the connections. Overall it was a job well done and a great experience.

As a general contractor who takes pride in quality and craftsmanship, I have to be very selective when choosing a subcontractor. Rainaway has been my number one for nearly 10 years. 12+ years ago I had a Rainaway roof system installed under my deck, over my basement patio. A weird split level deck that posed no problem for Dave and his team. My covered patio has become my favorite part of my backyard. I have worked in the rain, my TV stays dry, and a great spot to watch summer storms. Just this week, after heavy rainfall, I had some leaks around the edges of my roof which Dave had repaired promptly, effectively, and did not charge me for the repairs. Unheard of after 10+ years. Rainaway would get 6 STARS if available!!!

The work they did was outstanding. We love the way they incorporated the gutters into ceiling to give a “crown.molding” look. The colors they recommended were a perfect compliment to our house and trim colors. We would highly recommend them

My name is Vincent Stafford. My wife and I purchased a beautiful home with a balcony on the back porch. Unfortunately we were unable to to enjoy our porch due to the inclement weather. I contacted RainAway and inquired about the rain way deck drain system. In 2018 two professional installers came out and installed the system in one day. Owned a Rain Away System for over 10 years. Had one question to solve an issue. Called their number and they called me back within an hour with a solution. I was finished in 10 minutes. Excellent product and excellent service.

My husband and I thought if we had a deck system installed on our lower deck we would get more use of deck even if it’s raining. So we did research about companies that did this type work and selected two. We contacted them and made appointments. The first gentleman showed us his product, which seemed okay. He then explained how it is installed and works. After taking measurements he gave us an estimate for his system. He said that if we sign a contract by Jan. 31, 2024, two days away, we would save $500 dollars. On Jan. 31, 2024, Jeff Butler, partner, with RainAway Deck Drain Systems, met with us to explain his deck system. After his presentation, he too went outside to take measurements. My husband and I agreed that Jeff’s system is far and above better quality than the first salesman’s product. Jeff then gave us his estimate which I figured would be at least a thousand dollars higher in price. But, to our surprise Jeff’s quote was several hundred dollars less than the previous guy’s offer and NO PRESSURE to make a quick decision. We signed a contract for the deck system and installation was completed today. Hunter and his install team are very professional and did a terrific job. Now, we admiring our newly useable deck thanks to Jeff and the RainAway Deck Drain System.

Let me tell you this is a first rate business. I used them 16 years ago to install an underdeck system which worked perfectly. This past year we remodeled and screened in the area under the deck. As part of this we had a new system installed to change the colors. The installation was handled quickly and efficiently and any subsequent small issues they are on the spot to make it right. Jeff and Dave are great to work with and I could not recommend them more highly!

Excellent product, excellent service. Rainaway changed our lower deck into a year round useable space. Rain used to fall between the gaps between the boards in the top deck making a mess and making the space miserable to use. Now it is dry all the time. We can sit outside and enjoy the view rain or shine.

We love our Rainaway Deck System! I only wish I had installed it years ago!
